Body builder Doug and his deputy sheriff girlfriend Tracy bond over their love of weightlifting, but all they do lately is quarrel. When Doug’s body is discovered encased in concrete, all fingers point to Tracy. But Tracy insists that it’s physically impossible and she’s being framed by the same sheriff’s department she once worked for.
