In Phoenix, a couple with a baby begin to cross a road just as two cars collide in the intersection. A fender bender in Des Moines leads to a smashed windshield and an alleged face full of pepper spray. In Kenosha, Washington, police officers attempt to pull over a minivan that’s engulfed in flames.
