In Mangua, Nicaragua, a small automotive repair shops explodes, killing two people and shattering a peaceful neighborhood. Under the shop’s rubble, police discover a bunker filled with weapons, names of terrorist organizations, and flies on potential kidnap victims, including Latin American’s most wealthiest families. Lacking the resources needed to capture the criminals, investigator needed Interpol’s help.
