On this trip, Guy Fieri’s fuelin’ up for visits back to a few Flavortown favorites. First up: a Jamaican joint in the Nashville Farmer’s Market dishin’ out oxtail and red snapper escovitch straight from the island. Then just a bit south in Franklin, a joint is servin’ loaded fries and messy shrimp. And outside Detroit, the East Lansing market preppin’ more batches of fried wings, frog legs, and chicken gizzards.
