In the development kitchen in Cambridgeshire, chef David presents a new chocolate liqueur to Angus and the tasting panel. Meanwhile, chocolatier Rhona makes a giant edible iguana to go on display in the company’s flagship restaurant in London, and Claire takes on the company’s newest venture – the Chocmobile.
