Thai Satay Sauce Elimination Challenge

Marion, Jonathan and Aaron were required to name a variety of nuts to progress to the next round. Jonathan won the first round and was safe. Marion and Aaron progressed to the second round where they had to recreate a Thai satay sauce. Although both dishes impressed the judges, Aaron’s had better flavour and presentation, and Marion’s was thicker and considered to be “gluggy” by the judges.
