In Detroit, Rodney and Sonjia must watch each other’s backs when a foul-mouthed man challenges the boot on his car. Supervisor Luz fends off crafty ticket dodgers in Philly, until a self-appointed neighborhood watchman tries to stop her from ticketing his neighbor’s car. Philly Ticketer Shawn uses “the force” to find good tickets–but gets caught off guard when he writes one in error.
